I can't remember if Yodel give you a time slot, at the moment it only says "deliver by 25th". Waited all day for a Yodel Saturday delivery, which I paid ... Even MyHermes gets a bad rep but is in an entirely different league to Yodel. DPD all day long for me, 1 hour delivery slot, tracking that works and if there's an issue they own up and apologise.
